Choosing the correct shoe size online should be simple. Use the Prestige size guide below to find your recommended size based on your foot length.
For the most accurate result, we strongly recommend measuring both feet before ordering. Your foot length is more reliable than the size printed inside shoes from another brand.
Most Prestige shoes fit true to size and offer a comfortably roomy toe box. If you normally wear the same size across most footwear brands, you can generally order your usual AU/UK size.

How to Measure Your Feet
For the most accurate measurement, measure your feet at the end of the day while wearing the type of socks you plan to wear with your Prestige shoes.
What You Need
- Two sheets of paper
- A pen or pencil
- A ruler or measuring tape
- The socks you normally wear
Step 1: Position Your Foot
Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor with one edge touching a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall. Keep your weight evenly distributed across both feet.
Step 2: Mark Your Longest Toe
Ask someone to mark the end of your longest toe. Keep the pen upright so the measurement is not made too long or too short.
Step 3: Measure the Length
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimetres or millimetres.
For example:
- 27.5 cm = 275 mm
- 28.0 cm = 280 mm
- 29.5 cm = 295 mm
Step 4: Measure Both Feet
It is completely normal for one foot to be slightly longer than the other. Measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot when choosing your size.
For example, if your left foot measures 28.2 cm and your right foot measures 28.5 cm, use 28.5 cm to select your size.
What If I Am Between Two Sizes?
If your measurement falls exactly between two sizes, we generally recommend selecting the larger size.
A slightly roomier shoe can usually be adjusted with socks or an additional thin insole. A shoe that is too short may place pressure on your toes and cannot be made longer.
Example:
If your foot measures 28.7 cm, choose the size recommended for 29.0 cm rather than the size recommended for 28.5 cm.
Do Prestige Shoes Fit True to Size?
Yes. Most Prestige styles fit true to size, so most customers can order their usual AU/UK shoe size.
However, fit can vary slightly depending on the shape and construction of each model:
- Lace-up sneakers: Usually provide the most adjustable and forgiving fit.
- Athletic-style sneakers: Usually feel secure around the heel and midfoot.
- Loafers: Have less adjustability and may feel firmer during the first few wears.
- Dress shoes: Often have a more structured fit than casual sneakers.
- Boots: May feel more secure around the ankle but should still provide sufficient toe room.

Are Prestige Shoes Suitable for Wide Feet?
Most Prestige shoes have a comfortably roomy fit around the forefoot and toe area, making many styles suitable for customers with slightly wider feet.
If regular shoes often feel tight around the sides of your feet or toes, we recommend:
- Choosing a lace-up model for greater adjustability
- Selecting the larger size if you are between sizes
- Checking the individual product description for model-specific fit information
- Contacting our Customer Care Team before ordering if your feet are particularly wide
Do not automatically choose a full size larger unless your measurement supports it. A shoe that is too large may be unnecessarily long and can allow your heel to move while walking.
How Should Height-Increasing Shoes Fit?
Height-increasing shoes can feel slightly different from ordinary flat shoes because the elevated structure is built discreetly inside the shoe.
A correct fit should feel:
- Secure around your heel
- Comfortable around your toes
- Supportive through the middle of your foot
- Stable while standing and walking
- Snug without painful pressure
Your toes should not touch the front of the shoe. Your heel should remain secure and should not lift excessively while walking.
We recommend wearing your new Prestige shoes indoors for short periods at first, allowing your feet to become familiar with the elevated design.
Does the Height Option Affect the Size?
The selected height increase does not normally change the length of the shoe. You should therefore order the same size for each available height option.
However, a higher lift may feel slightly more secure or fitted around the instep because your foot sits at a steeper angle inside the shoe.
If you have a high instep, very wide feet or regularly sit between two sizes, selecting the larger size may provide additional comfort.
Which Height Should I Choose?
+4 cm: Subtle Everyday Lift
The most natural option for customers new to height-increasing shoes. It provides a discreet boost and is comfortable for daily wear, work and longer periods of walking.
+6 cm: Balanced Height and Comfort
A noticeable but natural-looking increase. This is a popular choice for everyday use, social events and work.
+8 cm: Stronger Height Increase
Provides a more noticeable height boost while remaining hidden inside the shoe. It may take a little longer to become accustomed to than a lower lift.
+10 cm: Maximum Height
Designed for customers who want the greatest possible increase. Because the internal angle is higher, we recommend gradually increasing your wearing time during the first few days.
Availability of each height option depends on the selected model.
How to Check the Fit When Your Shoes Arrive
Try your shoes on indoors, preferably on a clean carpet, before wearing them outside.
Check the following:
- Your toes do not touch the front.
- The sides feel secure without painful pressure.
- Your heel does not move excessively.
- You can walk naturally and comfortably.
- The shoe bends in line with the widest part of your foot.
- You are wearing the type of socks you normally intend to use.
Do not remove labels or wear the shoes outdoors until you are satisfied with the fit.

I usually wear a half size. What should I choose?
If your usual half size is available, select it. If it is unavailable, choose the next size up for additional comfort.
My feet are different sizes. Which measurement should I use?
Use the measurement of your longer foot.
Should I size up because of the hidden lift?
Usually, no. The internal lift is already incorporated into the design. Most customers should select their normal size.
Should I size up for wide feet?
Only if you are between sizes or the specific product is described as having a narrower fit. Most Prestige sneakers already offer comfortable room around the forefoot and toes.
Can I use my normal shoe size without measuring?
Yes, if your size is consistent across most brands. However, measuring your foot provides the most reliable result and helps reduce the chance of ordering the wrong size.
Should the shoes feel tight at first?
A new shoe may feel secure and structured, but it should never cause pain, numbness or strong pressure around your toes. The material may soften slightly with wear, but the shoe will not become longer.
Can I add my own insoles?
Thin insoles may be used if sufficient room remains inside the shoe. Thick orthotics can affect the fit and available space. Contact us before ordering if you require custom orthotics.
