Shipping Information

Prestige orders are shipped via various carriers, including PostNL, Bpost, Yun Express, UPS, and DHL. We have multiple warehouse locations, so your order may be shipped from either our Asian or European facilities.

A tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive this via email or SMS.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and carefully package your item.
Once shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 3 days to appear.

Failed Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect address or absence of the recipient), or if the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to the sender (Prestige) at the customer’s expense.

These costs include the original shipping fees and any customs or tax charges incurred. The total amount will be deducted from the refund issued for your order.

In some cases, you may receive a notification stating that your package was “delivered,” which may actually mean it was successfully returned to our warehouse.
